Our $69 diagnostic service includes:

- Initial System Evaluation: Review your computer's symptoms, reported problems, and overall condition.

- Hardware Diagnostics: Check relevant components, including RAM, storage drives, CPU, GPU, and power-related issues, as applicable.

- Temperature & Cooling Assessment: Examine potential overheating, fan, and cooling problems when relevant.

- Software & Operating System Checks: Investigate Windows startup problems, error messages, crashes, and performance issues.

- Repair Recommendations: Explain our findings and provide an estimate for any recommended repairs or upgrades.

Diagnostic testing is tailored to the computer's symptoms and condition. Some problems may require additional testing.

💰 Diagnostic Fee: $69

Our standard diagnostic service includes up to 45 minutes of initial technician evaluation and testing.

If you approve East Coast Hardware to complete the recommended repair, your $69 diagnostic fee will be credited toward the repair invoice.

If additional diagnostic work is necessary, we'll explain the situation and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.

🔧 Repairs & Replacement Parts

The diagnostic service identifies potential problems but does not include the cost of repairs or replacement parts.

Services such as component replacement, operating system installation, virus removal, data recovery, and extensive troubleshooting are quoted separately.

No additional paid repair work will be performed without your authorization.
